Jameson Shepherd 

Jameson Shepherd brings more than 15 years of residential property management experience to Atlas Property Management, specializing in portfolio operations, financial oversight, and property management accounting.

Throughout his career, Jameson has directly managed residential investment portfolios ranging from 150 to 200 rental units, as well as three apartment communities consisting of approximately 50–60 units each.

Previously serving as an Operations Manager, Jameson oversaw operations for a property management organization responsible for approximately 1,200 rental units and supervised a team of up to 15 employees. This experience provided him with an extensive understanding of the systems, personnel, and financial controls required to successfully manage residential rental properties at scale.

Jameson also brings 14 years of experience with AppFolio Property Manager, having worked extensively across the platform's functionality. His expertise has resulted in invitations from AppFolio to speak at company events and share his practical knowledge of property management technology.

As Broker and CEO of Atlas Property Management, Jameson focuses on financial accountability, operational efficiency, and protecting the long-term interests of property owners.

His goal is to provide Bakersfield-area property owners with the expertise and professionalism of an established management organization while maintaining the accessibility and personalized service of a locally operated company.
